To ensure the right quality of material, utmost care is taken to meet the International Norms & Specifications. Unlike the routine practice of trade, where the buyer appoints the surveyor for quality control, we ourselves appoint inspection agents to ensure the quality of the cargo. The cargo is first checked at the factory during the course of production, and then at every point of the loading and unloading operations till it reaches the hatch of the vessel. Eminent inspectors of this field, who are equipped with instant analyzers and tools for testing, do the checking. This helps in immediate and accurate results. The inspection is counter-checked by our own staff who are as qualified & experienced as our agents.
Modern practices and equipments are used for the execution of orders. Our Central office is connected to all our port offices via modern communication and supply chain systems. The company owns high speed conveyors, such as VIGAN Pneumatic conveyors for dry cargo, which have the capacity to handle 200 M.T. per hour, and VOGELSANG pumps for liquid cargo, which pump 800 M.T. per hour.
These factors give us a competitive edge over other exporters, thus enabling us to procure and supply the right quality at the most competitive price.
